ABOUT YOUR LOCAL RALLY!

 WE CAN NO LONGER TOLERATE:

•  Limited choice of doctor        

• Restrictions on needed care        

• Overburdened nurses

• Drive-through hospitalizations

• Needless pain and deaths

Do your part.  Each person counts!

HELP END CORPORATE CONTROL OVER YOUR HEALTH CARE!

OBTAIN YOUR LOCAL RHCD FLYER AND MAIL IT, POST IT, HAND IT OUT EVERYWHERE

1. SEND OR GIVE FLYER TO INDIVIDUALS: Send this instruction sheet and your local RHCD flyer to 10, 20, 30, 100 or more individuals.  Send it to friends, relatives, neighbors, colleagues, doctors, therapists, your bowling league, bridge club, college class, church group, book club, union meeting, community service organization, everyone.  Ask each person to distribute the instruction sheet and flyer, too.

2. GET A COMMITMENT FROM 10 PEOPLE TO ATTEND YOUR LOCAL RALLY WITH YOU

3. BLANKET YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD: Post the flyer on bulletin boards all over your town and hand them out everywhere you go.  Post and hand out 10, 20, 30, 100 or more.

Place a stack at your office.

Post all over – supermarkets, libraries, at work, storefront windows, bulletin boards

Take a one-hour shift handing out flyers.  BEST PLACE?  Outside a pharmacy!  Also try a busy street corner or parking lot. Greet people as they leave the movies, church, or any local event.  Go to a train station during rush hour.  Talk to the people anywhere you find them.  Ask them if they are upset with their HMO’s restrictions and red tape.  Ask them if they worry that their HMO won’t give them the care they need.  Invite them to the rally.  Ask them to bring friends and family. You will be amazed at how easy it is.  Those of us who have done it were surprised so many people were so interested and said “I’ll be there!”
